CFED Joins Public Policy Conversation on Asset Development with HHS

On November 24th, Carol E. Wayman, CFED's Federal Policy Director wrote an inspiring and informative letter to Mark Greenberg, a Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy at the Administration for Children and Families, US Department of Health and Human Services. In the letter, Wayman's advocates for more support for asset development programs for low-income people and specifically sites the success of ORR's Refugee Microenterprise and Individual Development Account programs. ISED congratulates CFED and Carol Wayman for their leadership on behalf of asset development programming.
